Restart recently changed their entire menu,whuch was good but unexpected. My reservation was inside the restaurant, but we were sat outside in the trrrace which in winter feels like an abandoned garden. We have to keep reminding our waitress/waiter fo refill our wine glasses. The server kept reaching across the person sitting in front intead of walking around and placing the plates in front of the person who had ordered that plate. This is not acceptable in a fine dinning establishment, where impeccable service is expected.

Wasn’t told that the restaurant was closed for a private event . Sat at the rooftop that is very nice but wasn’t my first choice. The service was beyond slow and poorly attended. I ordered all at once to share and the food took almost 90 minutes as I had to wait 30 minutes each time to get the different orders . wasn’t approached to see if I needed water or another beer. The highlight was the torta de queso . That made me happy!

El servicio muy bueno. Muy amables y atentos todos. Siento que era un sitio muy romántico e íntimo para el show del mago. Estaría bueno que pregunten en la entrada si se quiere ese tipo de show, en vez de ir directo a la mesa.

One of the best meals we have had in Madrid. We ate at some very high end places and this place stood out for sure. Highly recommend
