Japanese Restaurant Featuring Traditional Ramen, Sushi, Izakaya/Bar menu. Torino opened its door to the north suburbs of Chicago in 2017 focusing on creating traditional authentic ramen and it quickly became the busy ramen shop in the north shore.

Torino's philosophy goes beyond ramen. Torino started to offer a sushi menu and was recently voted as the best sushi restaurant in the north shore of Chicago.

    One of the worst dinner experiences after dining here over 10 times plus take out. We sat at 5:15pm and watched the kitchen deliver food to 8 tables and at least 12 to-go orders without receiving our meals. Over an hour and 15 minutes later we had to leave. The kitchen was completely overwhelmed with Ubereats which is unacceptable when the diners in the house have not received their food. We were one of the first guests years ago when Torino first opened and it will be a while if we go back. Fix your kitchen and manage capacity. The food is always delicious but not tonight.

    We are long time regulars of Torino but tonight it became very obvious that more help is needed at the bar. We basically finished our meal before our cocktails were delivered. Also, the sushi and hot food items ordered do not come out at the same time making for awkward dining when one person orders sushi and another off the hot food menu. The food is amazing, some adjustments are needed so the service matches the food quality.
