   Fantastic dinner and evening. The food was incredible. Eric did amazing job taking care of us. Perfect in every way. We cannot wait to return.

   My friend and I got to the restaurant early for the happy hour. Not much is on the happy hour menu for drinks or appetizers. So we went off the menu to order brussels sprouts and crabcakes. The only white wine they had was not on the happy hour menu. So my friend paid $20 for the glass. The brussels sprouts were good, but the crabcakes were a huge disappointment. They were tiny little balls of what seemed to be a crab or tuna, fish like mayonnaise mix. Very mushy and fishy. The high price didn’t match the quality of the food. Our bartender was not attentive. We had to flag her down several times. Overall, we both expected more from our first experience at one of the Tuscan brand restaurants. We go out often to catch up, but we definitely won’t go back for happy hour. But I may try it again because atmosphere is so inviting. They need to work on everything else.

   Food and service were excellent. Roast duck with pappardelle and the special Calabrian rigatoni were superb. Our server Ed was attentive, professional and cordial.

   The ambiance is very nice along with the decor, the open kitchen area and the huge bar made a big imprssion. Tables are verynclose together in the main area. It appears there are other rooms where it isnt as crowded. The noise level is high as well as the activity of service people moving about. Plenty of staff and a menu with lots of delicious sounding choices. I chose the Bolognese pasta. The description spoke of beef, pork and sausage. While the taste hinted some of those ingredients, actual pieces of meat were missing. I think there was one tiny piece of beef … but lots of carrots and sauce. I was disappointed. My husband ordered the oven roasted chicken, which by the way adds a half hour to getting your meal so that it can be cooked… understood, but it was stringy and dry. Again, disappointment. I did order the Hazelnut Creme Brulee which was delicious as were the cappuccinos. So all in all, it was not a good experience.

   Food is always good and service was great. Only complaint would be the tiny menu’s on regular paper. A premium restaurant should have premium menus printed on premium paper like Revlar.

   From start to finish, every bit of our experience at Toscana was top notch. We had to adjust our seating from party of 2 to 8. Very accommodating. Quick response! Also, we arrived early for our reservation and they sat us quickly. We had one of the best tables towards back room..it was perfect. Every detail and our server’s were great! The food was delicious and not one disappointment. Our steaks cooked to perfection. For most of us it was our first time at Toscana and we all agreed, look forward to our return. Thanks!

    It was a lovely restaurant, and the food was good. I liked the homemade pasta. The wine was on the pricier side. The menu card was written in tiny letters, making it impossible to read. Bring a phone to take a picture and zoom in.
