A first for the Hunter Valley, Tower Whiskey Distillery offers hosted tasting experiences of our initial release Single Cask, Single Malt Whiskeys. Our range of whiskeys are distilled, aged and bottled on-site at the Distillery. Guests can enjoy tasting our whiskeys while also learning about the process of whiskey distillation and ageing.

Enjoy the Whiskey Tasting Flight and taste our first four initial single malt, single cask whiskey's. During this hosted experience you will learn about the process of whiskey production and the story behind our first releases: No. B1 Bourbon Barrel American Oak No. 7 Malbec French Oak No. 3 Shiraz American Oak No. 9 Fortified French Oak Pre-booked = $40pp Walk-ins = $45pp Whiskey Tasting Flight is 2 standard drinks. For bookings over 10 people, please call (02) 4998 4862 or email info@towerwhiskeydistillery.com.au Our venue is 18+ only. Please note, only those who have paid for the tasting flight are permitted to participate in the experience.

Really enjoyed our whiskey tasting at Tower Distillery. Attentive & knowledgeable staff. Lovely venue & area. Probably the only suggestion would be to include a small tasting board showcasing some of the local produce (nuts, cheese, chocolates) & add the details of the businesses to the whiskey tasting sheet to encourage people to visit those businesses as well.

The experience was great, we sat at the lounge chairs and we were tended to by Ella, she was excellent and seemed to have a lot of knowledge on whiskeys and the whiskeys Tower sell. There was a disruptive group towards the end of out tasting and Ella had alot of patience and ensured we were not disrupted by the group. While attending to both us and the other group, we would highly recommend anyone doing a tasting her and will be back again in the future.

Kieran is a great host, very knowledgeable about whiskey. The tasting experience was a lot of fun and can't wait to visit again next time im in the Hunter Valley. Highly recommend!
