Great pizza, increasingly horrible service that is borderline baffling. They need to figure out how to make pizza under an hour.

If you're looking for a doughy, cheesy, perfectly saucy pizza, look no further than town. Their Detroit-style pizza is delicious in every way, and the Fancy-Roni is the most perfect pizza I have ever had. Town, never change!

We made a reservation and got confirmation for our party but once we arrived we were told that the wait would be over an hour. Very disappointing since we drove to get there, had to wait over 5 mins for someone to come communicate with us that the wait was long. Terrible costumer service.

Best pizza by far in Los Angeles.The ambience reminds me of New York City,the old brick and booths. Service and food is outstanding!!

Kitchen lost order. Waited 90 minutes for pizza and it was burnt and dry and brittle.

We love Town Pizza in general, but this last experience wasn’t as good as usual. We waited over an hour after ordering to get our pizza and when it came out, it was overly crispy and dried out. The service was ok, but only checked in on us once after ordering while we were waiting over an hour for our pizza. We’ve had many good experiences there, so hoping this was just a bad night.

We hadn't been to Town since before Covid and were very excited to return for some of our favorite items. We made a reservation and were seated right away, even though it was pretty empty for a Saturday night at 6:30. It took between 5-10 minutes before we anyone approached our table to greet us or take our order. The drinks came out fine, then the salad, but our pizzas took 40 minutes after placing the order! That was a full hour after we sat down. (After about 25 min we inquired and they sent us complimentary focaccia- thank you. We were starving!) The Pig and Fig had been a favorite, but now there were very few toppings and the pizza tasted very plain actually. My husband said the Meat Lover's was good., but again. For the hefty price tag, we were disappointed. It's a shame. We loved this place.

Took over an hour for our pizza. It was good pizza but too long of a wait especially for those with kids. We were also by the door and it was very cold. Town has good pizza but for the price, mediocre atmosphere, and wait I’m not sure I’d give it more than 2 stars.

The only constructive criticism was that the Detroit pizza was a little dry but still very good.
