We were disappointed to not have been advised that the dining area was being renovated. As a table of 25 guests we would have hoped to at least be served some jugs of water, and be given some menus. Bar staff were friendly, food was good. Enjoyed the evening

Having lived in Glebe for 18 months now I have been meaning to try to Toxteth for sometime as I had heard some great things from the locals. I was not disappointed. Although not completely modern inside it has a great environment , friendly staff and a cute courtyard. The food is absolutely delicious and deceivingly abundant. I highly recommend any of the grazing boards - incredible Overall an amazing experience. I will be back time and time again.

One of the best parmi's of my life so 5 stars for food but unfortunately the service was really underwhelming. Bartender was blunt and abrupt and looked like he really didn't want to be there at all. Some music in the beer garden would go a long way too - great outdoor space but lacking atmospherically. Went for a birthday lunch. I'd go back again for a hangover cure lunch but that's about it.
