We asked to be moved because it was loud in the back only to be forgotten and ended up with cold food and poor service. Disappointed.

Great food and great service. Can’t wait to go back! Very authentic Italian, excellent wine choices, and everybody enjoyed their meal.

This is a bit of a hidden treasure. In a vintage building and very homey feeling. You truly feel like a guest. Very friendly service, great food, and the kind of place you want to linger afterward. Parking is a bit of a challenge as it’s only on the street, but well worth it. Great value as well.

We picked Trattoria ‘A Vucchella, because it’s Italian & its location to the Wonderland Ice Arena. We first went there for lunch on Friday. We had the Branzino & veal Marsala. Both wonderful. The Branzino was one of the best I’ve ever had! Every thing was so exceptional, that we went back for dinner after the last hockey game on Saturday. I ordered the Branzino again (love it!) and he had the Risotto Alla Vongole. Equally exceptional! They focus on quality, not quantity! We highly recommend Trattoria ‘A Vucchella!

Pasquale and his team consistently deliver excellence, from their outstanding service to their delicious food. They never disappoint. We’ve been going there since they opened, and it remains one of our favorite restaurants in Connecticut.

Fantastic authentic Italian cuisine and attentive service. Delicious homemade pasta and wonderful entrees. Charming historic location.

Great, great evening. Attentive staff, varied menu and superb cooking. Good options for gluten-free diners, too. Kicking myself for not eating here sooner. Coming back as soon as I can.

This is a very charming restaurant in a good location......if you want to attend the theatre across the street! The service and the food were excellent! It got a bit noisy as more people arrived to enjoy it! But it was a very good experience!

What a beautiful Italian restaurant! There are many Italian restaurants in the area but this is top on my list . The ambience, food, service were exceptional. The owner greeted us as we walked in and was very pleasant. We will go back soon…
