The pizza wasn’t good at all, never had server come check on us. We did share a pizza and had drinks so maybe didn’t care about us as much.

Booked for new years eve 2024. Food arrived cold and only half of the order arrived. Cramned in and felt neglected. Massive problem with the bill. Charging for items nit recived or ordered

NON ANDATE !!! HO PRENOTATO PER 31/12/24 CON MENU' FISSO E CON COSTO STABILITO COSI' SAPEVO COSA AVREI MANGIATO E QUANTO AVREI SPESO (ANTICIPATO ACCONTO COME RICHIESTO TRAMITE BONIFICO BANCARIO) HO TROVATO UN ALTRO MENU CON COSTO MAGGIORATO DI 20 EURO PER PERSONA NON ERA DI MIO GRADIMENTO MA HO DOVUTO RESTARE IN QUANTO AVEVO GIA' PAGATO ACCONTO ALTRIMENTI ME NE SAREI ANDATA SIA IO SIA I MIEI AMICI. We had reserved for our table asking for a particular place that there was our anniversary and we were really surprised by the attention for us and the dishes spoke for themselves.

We were in Piazza San Marco, we didn't know where we could have lunch on a traditional place with a nice atmosphere and passing in front of the restaurant we were immediately welcomed by the restaurant staff and we can strongly say that the dishes are rich in flavours and there is so much to spoil, especially fish lovers.

Eating a good handmade pizza in Venice with the country buffalo is a fortune, I thank the guys who took it. We'll definitely be back

Great food in a well-located, quaint space. Our waiter Ashik did a wonderful job with many recommendations and fantastic service.

We were grossly overcharged Two people dining. The set menu was €75pp plus a bottle of wine €35. Expected a bill around €185-190. The bill came at €246. We were charged €24 for a”free” drink to accompany our sweets and a 15% “tax charge “ on the overall bill. Apparently this has happened many times in the past as I read it on reviews. The man Incharge is a slimy character that pretends to be friendly till you challenge him. Then he turns ugly. DONT GO THERE.

I had a wonderful experience in Trattoria da Gioia, I ate really well and the waiters were kind and helpful, giving excellent advice for dinner. I will definitely return when in Venice again next February for their Carneval celebration! I had an appetizer of mixed salumi and cheese, fried fish and a desert with strawberries which I recommend.cheers
