   Nice decorations for the theme. But the service was horrible. People were nice but it seemed unorganized and understaffed.

   VERY LOUD and while it was energetic, it was a bit obnoxious. We reserved a table to experience the Wicked themed ambience and the table next to us, clearly set for 4 was occupied by at least 8 people that were putting their drinks and arms on our table. There was one couple dancing very dirty next to our table and they should have gotten a room somewhere! The staff didn't seem to care that they were invading our space when there were other tables further back that they could have sat us at. We intended on eating there but the other patrons made us so disgusted that we made reservations elsewhere. I was also annoyed that upon arrival we waited almost 10 minutes for the hostess to arrive and when I gave her our name for our reservation she immediately looked at the time, why? Because we were late in her mind, except the 10 minutes we were late, we really weren't, she was nowhere to be found.

   Our party arrived in 2 parts. They sat the first half of our party, which told us where to come seat when we arrived. Upon arrival, the security keeps telling us that if we didn’t have a reservation, we would have to stand. We assured him we had a reservation and the rest of our party was inside seated already. We walk in and walk to the table… then some guy comes over and is like “did you guys seat yourselves or did a hostess seat you??” to which the party that was sat by the hostess tells him they were sat by the hostess. He asks again, and they confirm again. Then we wait for like 20 minutes for a waitress to come even take our drink order. We had to ask the hostess to send one over. She comes, and she wasn’t the friendliest. I try to order off the regular menu, which was listed, and she says “brunch only”, so I rush to put something in since we had been waiting… after about 10-15 minutes, she finally comes back with drinks and I ask to change my food order. She says it’s too late… we wait another 20-30 until we see her again and I wave her down for another drink. We still have no food, so I’m wondering why it was too late to change my order. She doesn’t come again until she sees we’re done, won’t split the check (even though I had to done the week prior when I came in), and tells us she already has 18% gratuity included and walks away. My first experience here was waaaay better. Sad I brought another group after hyping it up to be met with disappointment. But at least the food and music were still good.

   Awesome experience! We loved the drinks and the food that was all themed towards Wicked. Such a fun experience.

   The setting and the food was excellent! I do wish there were some non-alcoholic beverages (maybe there was) but there was no offer. My waitress talked to my table twice at most and forgot about our food and we sat there for awhile and then received cold food. I was very excited for this and ended up disappointed.

   Food was great, drinks as well. Only disappointment was we were unaware that it was brunch only. We did pivot and the food was still good. We were also just told our total and not shown our actual bill.

    I went to this place for my birthday lastnight, they had the ac blasting in the heart of DOWNTOWN CHICAGO IN FEBRUARY.....it took a waitress 45 mins to come take our order and when she finally did she got the order wrong. Once the 8 PARTY wings I paid $25 for finally came they were cold and rubbery, MY friend didn't get her food AT ALL, for some reason the waitress thought 2 grown women were gonna share 8 party wings. We ordered a Frozen strawberry daiquiri that was not Frozen at all and it tasted like children's Tylenol .... Oh and parking for 2 hours was $49...... 2/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! 🗣 You DISAPPOINTED ME!!!!
