   As first time diners we were very pleased with Trick Rider! Great atmosphere, great food, great service and attention from Arcadio! He was awesome! I do believe the fact the restaurant is part of the hotel, the pricing is a little on the high side. We compared it to other Dallas fine dining establishments and the pricing seems too high. But we plan to visit again!

   This was our first visit and it was amazing. The food, staff and atmosphere was incredible. We will be back again soon.

   Overall, the food and service was excellent. We had tuna tartare, wagyu, and steak fillet. Each was fantastic. However, the Baked Alaska dessert was terrible. It seemed like it was made by someone who tried to mix as many favors and textures together: total fail. I would recommend dining here for special occasions.

   Love Trick Rider - we came in last Saturday night unfortunately and didn't have the excellent experience we usually do. Our waiter although very nice seemed to forget about us at the end of dining experience which just ended the evening on a slightly bad note. We ordered the steak sampler to share which was perfect except for the strip steak. 1/3 of the steak was gristle which was hard to swallow. We will definitely come back because the other experiences we perfect!

    This was our first time after a friend had suggested we dine here. Drinks at the bar were great. Will was our server for dinner and he was really helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. All of the staff was very attentive and pleasant. The beet salad was especially tasty, steaks were excellent , sides were very good . Had baked Alaska and key lime pie for desert and both were very good as well. A great experience and I would highly recommend this establishment.
