The original restaurant has been thoughtfully restored, and the decor strikes a perfect balance between elegance and warmth, with a stunning bar right at the entrance setting the stage for a welcoming atmosphere. Each dining room has its own unique charm, with crisp white tablecloths creating the perfect setting for fine dining. The menu at Trilbys is carefully curated, offering an array of delicious choices that cater to a variety of tastes. Their beverage menu includes a solid selection of beers, wines, and expertly crafted cocktails. For appetizers, we tried the bacon-wrapped dates, which were absolutely delicious—perfectly sweet, savory, and satisfying. The salad starter, a chopped salad, was complemented by their homemade blue cheese dressing, which was simply amazing and a standout on the table. For our main courses, we all opted for fish entrées, and we were not disappointed. The fish was fresh and expertly prepared, with each dish perfectly cooked. The à la carte style allows you to select from a variety of delicious sides, and we chose the brussels sprouts, which were tender and flavorful, making the meal even more enjoyable. The service was attentive and friendly, enhancing the overall experience. As usual, Trilby’s was on point! From the Mary Pickford cocktail to the Glorie Be Chocolate and everything in between; they always knock it out of the park! We know that we can count on Trilby’s to deliver a memorable evening. The ambience is perfect- (lighting is just right to set the mood & music is tasteful and enjoyable for the whole family, at a volume that allows for intimate conversation, while still keeping pace with the flow of the dining experience). We’ve tried nearly every item on the menu and have been pleased with every morsel, but there are some dishes that are a consistent favorite (crab cakes, French onion soup, filet mignon, and calamari- just to name a few)! I’m looking forward to our next visit, even if I have to invent a special occasion to come celebrate!! LOL!

Wonderful spot for a date night or special occasions. There’s even a private room that looks to hold 13-14 people easily. Nick and his staff were just fantastic and personable. The bacon wrapped figs paired with the Sardinia white wine was a hit. The red fish Ponchatrain topped with a pan fried soft-shell crab was prepared perfectly. The freshest seafood on the coast whit out a doubt You will not be disappointed

Our experience at Trilbys was very enjoyable. The staff was courteous with a nice interaction. The dinner was prompt and hot, which we appreciated. Will definitely go back. Although a little pricey, e plans to go back for special occasions.

We had a great experience here. The food is expensive and the portions small, but it is excellent. The service was excellent and the food was superb. I would definitely go again.
