We believe that a true craft brewery brings individuals together to enjoy some well-crafted beer, eat delicious food, celebrate life’s milestones and most importantly cherish one another’s company. 17th Avenue is iconic for just this reason; bringing people together in good times and bad.

In the early stages of our city, the area we all know as the Beltline was called the No.5 Trolley Line. It proudly carried all the hard working Calgarians that shaped our city into what it is today.

Our goal at Trolley 5 is to continue to bring the community together through great food, beer and friendship.

With beers like our Turntable Lager winning Best Lager/Pilsner at the Canadian Brewing Awards, there is lots to try in our Community Brewpub. We are dedicated to our craft and we can’t wait to share it.

Server was great, but of confusion on seating. TV locations a bit off in order to watch the game. Food was hit and miss Nachos were amazing the Boa Bites were not good. Overall good experience but will probably look elsewhere for the game.

The staff was outstanding. Very accommodating with menu changes, friendly and didn't let our drinks go dry. It was a very relaxed atmosphere with a few different games on the screens. The smoked turkey was really good.

My friends and I had the hot fried chicken sandwich and it was very delicious! Great customer services!

Trolley 5 hosted a turkey dinner on Christmas Eve and it did not disappoint! Great vibes with Christmas decor, music and the Grinch playing on the TVs. Always a welcoming place. Turkey was smoked and delicious. Would recommend!!

Consistently reliable service and food quality. Amazing spot to catch a hockey or football game— any major sporting event for that matter. Oyster Tuesdays are my favourite nights— fantastic value! The brisket and smoked turkey are also amazing. Fun spot to people watch on the patio in the summer.

We had a party of 8 which I was able to book last minute to get in. I heard good things but it was even better than I expected. The burgers were juicy, the fries were crispy, and everything was very flavorful. The best part was the cost was very reasonable for 8 meals and drinks. We will definitely be going again.
