Inspired by the Spanish village saloons where old men play afternoon cards and women converse over sips of Sherry, Tropezón means “to stumble” or when you “trip” on something.

For the weary traveler and the lively local, a refreshing escape from the typical; an intersection of sacred geometry where mistakes are excused, and all slippery souls are welcome.

Food
Tropezón’s fare embraces sharing with a tapas-style menu inspired by the flavors of the Andalusian region but deep-rooted with the Arabic influence of the Moors and bright flavors of the Mediterranean coast.

Tropezón was a great spot for a girls night out while on vacation. We loved trying a variety of their gin blends and infusions and the food was excellent.

This hidden gem is a Michelin-star-level find on a quiet romantic walkable street just metres away from the tourist traps in the next block - the service was prompt, engaging and very helpful; the food delicious, varied and well-priced in a quiet yet busy but not frenzied environment! Armondo is the knowledgeable, engaging, humourous and extremely helpful Manager who's input topped it all off! This is one of our best Miami Beach restaurants ever – including those where dinner cost 4-5 times more in far less pleasing environments – we recommend it to everyone who enjoys great food, service and ambience! Great spot! Tommy took care of us and made the experience even better by guiding us through the menu and making sure we had an incredible evening and experience.

Vibrant dinner experience with tasty food. Accommodating staff. Street dining is much nicer than other area places since it’s on the tail end of Espanola Way. Garlic shrimp and carrots a real stand out. The cost to quantity ratio is a bit off putting but hey, we’re in Miami. Otherwise an excellent choice for authentic food

I brought my family from out of town here. We had a 5 people. Our roasted pig took 3 hours….food was always late. Drink orders were forgotten…unfortunately this was a very disappointing experience- the manager did absolutely nothing to make amends.

Really cute place, the food was delicious and the cocktails (tropezon negroni) as well. Really enjoyed the churros. The service was good too.

Service was very slow. We were ignored by our waitress who kept hiding in the back. We had to keep asking for her and waving her down.

Good - great waiter. From Medellin in Columbia. Super friendly and helpful. Nice cocktails. Well executed tasty food. The bad - main issue is they rushed the food out. We arrived at 7 ordered by 7:20. Food was coming out by 7:30. Even with churros for dessert the out the bill on our table at 7:50 trying to rush us out. When I said we wanted to stay he said they might need the table soon. $180 for three without drinks and less than 50 mins before they wanted the table back. Not OK.
