   Monday nights at Troutbeck is a can't miss. Wonderful tasting of dishes made with produce of local farms.

   Today was our first time at Troutbeck, and it will not be our last! We had lunch and it was great! The waitress was very friendly and helpful with the menu. Our food was delicious and the service was excellent! We will definitely be back! Everyone we talked to in the Inn were very pleasant and accommodating. They gave us a map of the property to use to tour around. Great atmosphere! Must try!

   Wait stuff was confused and slow, every table around us had issues. Our risotto dish was inedible. But we still had a good time.

   This was a birthday celebration, and totally hit the mark on all aspects . Our server, Alicia, was the absolute best - attentive, funny, friendly. She jumped into any role needed; the bartender was overloaded and she jumped in to make our drinks, there was no one around to check us in, and she did that, the server who was assigned to our station was still on break, so she took over and waited on us throughout the meal. The food was outstanding, although a little pricey but worth it. Each of us had something different on the menu, and no one was disappointed with their choice. The only thing I would say, is that the common areas where we were relaxing beforehand with a cocktail had half eaten food, plates, and empty glasses, lying all around. We were sitting in the library and on the table next to me was an apple core. And in the other sitting room, there was a small table of plates, napkins, and dishes from someone else who had been relaxing there before. I just found the surprising being that everything else was so impeccable.

   we arrived for our early dinner reservation and we’re warmly greeted. We had a very comfortable table, professional waiter, who was very helpful. The food was delicious, though the main courses took quite a long time to come out. That being said, we enjoyed everything and will be back next week!

    We were staying in Hillsdale and were consistently let down with all the local places. This was a 30 minute drive but it didn’t disappoint. I have the Duck, my GF had the Cavatelli. The tomato app with bleu cheese was probably the tastiest thing I’ve had all year. Highly recommend this place.
