True Blue Butcher & Table, the flagship restaurant of the We Are True Blue brands, is located in The Forum in Wilmington, NC. Reflecting global cuisine with a modern American interpretation, Chef Bobby Zimmerman has crafted a menu featuring locally sourced ingredients, quality cuts of steak, an extensive and delicious drink selection, and an impressive butcher counter.

We are open seven days a week for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.

Join us on Tuesday, March 11th for an exciting night of featured wines by the glass from Van Ruiten Family Vineyards in Lodi, California! Bill Rogan from the vineyard will be in house to chat with guests, answer questions and pour his delicious wines. Our specials for the evening will include appetizers and small plates that pair perfectly with our featured wines. Available anywhere in the restaurant. No tickets required and no participation necessary. Just a little something special for your Tuesday night!

This was our first time here, and the food was incredible, and so was the service. We were celebrating a birthday, and there was a card waiting for us at the table, and the employees had also signed the menu with happy birthday wishes. We will definitely be back!

As always, great staff, food and service. Eli does a wonderful job managing, especially on Wednesday when it’s Smashburger night! Always a crowd and well worth the wait. Smash burgers were, as always, fantastic, beautifully presented on the plate. Summer went out of her way making sure we had everything we needed, always following up with us. Great food and especially a great, outgoing and happy staff making it always a great experience.

We have had nothing but great experiences dining at True Blue. Ely, the manager, goes out of his way to make sure we are accommodated and we are lucky to get Emma as our waitress. Smash burgers are fabulous! Fresh and flavorful, always displayed beautifully on the plate!

Good food, food service. It would be nice to have padded booths. Wooden chairs are not very comfortable.

This place was amazing. The food and service were superb. Took my husband here for his birthday and we had a wonderful time. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get a good steak.

The ribeye was grilled to perfection, and Nick, our server was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive during our meal. It was a memorable Valentine's Day dinner!
