True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. I'm never disappointed by True Food Kitchen in Annapolis. The food is always great and healthy, and the servers are always helpful. My wife and I have challenging diets, and the servers are creative with suggesting substitutions the work with the diets and still preserve the great taste of the food. We brought friends with no dietary restrictions, and they were equally pleased.

Our waiter at lunch, James, was amazing! The place was packed, and they were apparently short staffed in terms of wait staff but James was unflappable, pleasant, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and he timed my sister’s to go order perfectly to arrive at the end of our (delicious) meal. Thanks James!
