   I love the selection of dishes at True Food. I like to eat vegetarian, which isn’t so easy at most restaurants. It is at True Food. I got the Ancient Grains bowl and added tofu. There were other protein options available. My friend and I shared the charred cauliflower appetizer. Everything was delicious. Service was outstanding. It is a bit noisy—high ceilings and noisy fans going, but our overall experience was very positive.

   Had a lovely lunch yesterday. There are lots of options from healthy salads to entrees and sandwiches. The food was fresh and well prepared.

   Tea was great, food was cold but still tasty. I was meeting a friend I hadn't seen in years so we weren't wasting a minute to send back food. True food is a wonderful option for a vegetarian.

   We met friends from out of town at True Food, as they were staying at a nearby hotel. We thought we were booking a brunch reservation. Somehow, the reality that brunch is only served on weekends wasn't clear when I made the reservation, so I was a bit disappointed that brunch foods weren't available on a Friday. The food we ordered was tasty, however, & the service was friendly & efficient. The squash pizza was especially good & perfect for splitting. One of the diners was not enthusiastic about his burger (He said it was rather dry...), but we all appreciated being able to sit, eat slowly, & chat eagerly without being rushed by the server.

   Buffalo chicken salad was excellent. Vegan Buffalo dressing and the chicken is breaded and cooked perfectly!

   Ok, but the idea is outdated. No quiet areas at all. Ten years ago it was cool, now it’s just crowded and noisy.

   The first visit, and we will likely return again. Our server was great, knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs/requests as we celebrated with a family accomplishment which included dining with 3 kids. The pizzas were excellent! The food was hot and fresh. The Chicken Sandwich was savory! Our vegan honoree had several options and chose the lasagna with she enjoyed!

    The staff were incredibly helpful. The server who answered our questions was very positive and helpful. The host was extremely helpful by volunteering to help with a friend who had some physical issues. The food was definitely interesting and delicious. I definitely want to come back. The only issue was that we were seated next to a table that was very loud.
