True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Expand your palate with our Edamame Dumplings, grab a bite of comfort food with our Grass-fed Burger or Lasagna Bolognese, or enjoy lighter fare with our O.G. Tuscan Kale Salad with Grilled Sustainable Salmon. Regardless of the occasion, we know our Columbus guests leave feeling energized, satisfied and most importantly, feeling great. The staff were very friendly and helpful for the 65th and 35th birthday celebration. Our server, Sydney, did an excellent job in taking care of all 9 of us. Thank you for making the evening special.

We were really disappointed with our experience. Our waitress was kind, but the pizza was a mess (way too much sauce, falling apart and difficult to eat) and they sat us next to someone absolutely blaring the loudest videos from their phone. My boyfriend and I could barely hear each other and it ended up really killing the whole dinner. The ambience really needs to be improved there, and they should look into implementing a phone policy considering how close the tables are. I'm sad to say that we will not be back.

Good food with quality service. Loved the chocolate chip cookie and ice cream. One of my most favorite vegan/Glutenfree restaurants.

The food was excellent however we experienced poor service and long wait times to receive silverware and water. The server was not very knowledgeable about the menu and seemed confused when we asked questions. We also sat with our meals for some time before receiving silverware. Overall pretty environmental and great food.

Love the seasonal changes. Keeps things interesting. We had a great meal, all dishes were fresh and tasty. We started with the Edamame dumplings. YUM. Then, I had the meatloaf entree and my friend had the SZA CZA salad. Our server, Jewel, was a gem. Pun intended!! The place was very busy but we weren't rushed to leave. Rave review from me and my guests~

Everything by was great but they didn’t have a table for our reservation for 7 people so we kind of got crammed into a booth.
