   We were seated 15min over the set time, even though we arrived early. The place was packed, we were seated for 10min until the server came to take our orders, starter came only after 1hr, and came cold. Our meal came after 40min and missing order and food was cold. Horrible experience. And the food taste was flat. Do not recommend this place. The manager was not able to keep it under control, customers were leaving without eating. The kitchen appears to be under staffed, and too many servers walking around. Service was rude and rounds would take 20min. I hope the owner starts to take of the issues.

   Had a reservation, got sat at 7pm. Waited over an hour and a half for our food. Finally we got up and left. Very disorganized and the staff just does not care. Tons of restaurants in KOP, don’t go here. And it’s sad, because I’ve been here a few times and every time there is an issue and a super long wait with the kitchen.

   Do not eat here horrible experience we waited for over 1 and a half for food we never received and just decided to leave and go to Shake Shack smh. The seating is terrible no space to even pull your chair out without bumping into the person next to you. Do your self a favor and stay away. I felt sorry for the waiter who tried to stay away from our table because he knew the food was not coming any time soon.

   Restaurant was a hot mess. Server apologized more times than we could count. Thank goodness we ordered food with drinks because every table around us was was served far after us. Did that based on prior reviews about slow service. Not sure why the restaurant is so popular because food was average.

   Not a good night. It was Valentine’s Day, but that’s no excuse. Waited too long for food that wasn’t that great, especially for the price. Waitstaff looked exhausted, exasperated, and overall not happy. The waitress did her best, but it wasn’t enough to overcome a very bad experience. Don’t open so many tables if you don’t have the staff. Won’t be coming in again soon.

   Excellent food! Great service. I’ve been to True Food Kitchen many times. The meals have been consistently excellent and the service outstanding.

   Burger was charred although we asked for medium, Chicken in my Grain bowl was not seasoned and was very fresh. Although we did not enjoy the food the service and ambience was good.

    Overall the food was good and seemed fresh. We had our menus for about 15 minutes before ordering. When we ordered many times were unavailable but we were not told this from the start. We ordered an appetizing which took about 15 minutes to arrive. That’s all ok. However after waiting about 45 minutes we tracked down a server ( not ours) to inquire about the meals. The manager did come over to apologize and we got our meal 10-15 minutes later. He was apologetic which was nice.
