True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers.     The food is too expensive for what you get, but I like that they have plenty of vegetarian options. My companion had to send their food back (the spaghetti squash) because it was cold. The kitchen staff popped it in the oven for a few minutes and it was better, but that was a rookie mistake, especially for a staple dish.

    Not gonna lie. Service was slow. Like one minute I was thinking they’d forgotten about us and the next minute we were overwhelmed with our order. Food was good as usual.

    Menu was really overwhelming to me, but my server whose name I can’t remember was incredible and had great suggestions and the food was really fresh and light. I sat outside and it was a really nice night so it was really Enjoyable
