True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Expand your palate with our Edamame Dumplings, grab a bite of comfort food with our Grass-fed Burger or Lasagna Bolognese, or enjoy lighter fare with our O.G.     Our table of 5 had a lovely and relaxed lunch despite it being high season in Naples. Our server has prompt and attentive. Our food consisting of 5 different brunch and lunch entrees were enjoyed by each individual. My pomegranate seltzer and my friend's jasmine tea were also excellent. We will be back. Casual relaxed vibe with healthy delicious choices

    Very good food and service was good. Only drawback is noise level. Be prepared for a good food but a little noisy

    Seated for over 30 minutes before even receiving water. Once we placed our order it took a very long time to come out and each entree was brought to the table at different times. As is proper manners, we didn’t begin eating until all entrees were served which resulted in cold food for all but the last person to receive their order. In addition the food was terrible. Ordered medium rare burger but was cooked well done. The lasagna was a mess as though it has been dropped before serving and just awful in taste. The meatloaf looked like two slabs of concrete and didn’t taste much better. The pepperoni pizza was like cardboard. We ordered the chicken bites and hummus as appetizer. Those two items were good. The service was the worst. Will not return. With so many other restaurants at Waterside, I recommend that you pass on this one.

    Very busy for Valentine’s Day. However server worked hard under challenging circumstances. Poke bowl very good . Prices reasonable.

    Have always loved TFK, but this was a bit of a disappointment. The food has always been delicious and fresh. But, the portions and value have dropped. 2 of us ordered the air-crisped mixed green salad and another ordered the oriental chicken salad. The oriental chicken salad had 3 times the amount of chicken compared to the air-crisped mixed green salad. There was also a significant difference in how many tomatoes, cucumbers and chunks of avocado were on each mixed salad. The food was delicious, but the experience lacked the consistency and value that we are used to.

    We love that there are so many good choices on the menu. We sat in the porch with our dog, and it was delightful. Always a favorite of ours.

    We have dined at True Food many times. Our latest experience fell short of our prior visits. The restaurant was not that busy but service was slow. One of our guests ordered a signature cocktail and there was clearly a mix up that took the server and bartender far too long to try and resolve. After some back and forth, the cocktail was removed. We enjoyed the brussels sprouts appetizer. The entrees tasted good, but the curry was drowning in sauce with very minimal chicken or black rice. The pesto pasta while tasty was dry and needed more sauce. We love the True Food concept and hope that there can be some better quality control in future visits.
