   We had a 7:15 reservation for Valentine’s Day. Was told when we arrived that they overbooked and we needed to wait in our car, which we had already valeted. Our table wasn’t ready until 8:30. Service was very slow, restaurant was very loud and bright. We like True Food Kitchen but this was a bad experience for us on a special day.

   The service was really good despite it still being Valentine’s Day and insanely busy. The food was a little lackluster, it might be that we ordered the wrong things or perhaps because they were so busy, the quality went a little down. Overall they did a really good job despite the challenges. I was annoyed with pretentiousness customers sitting right next to us, who acted like they were special and deserved to be eating at a restaurant that wasn’t trying to accommodate a million valentines dates. They had no chill. So i guess you might run into some Karen’s and Chad’s here. Don’t hold that against the restaurant though. It’s good food and good service. And better if you don’t go on Valentine’s Day. Why did I go on Valentine’s Day? Why go anywhere on Valentine’s Day?

   Another great experience eating here. We had reservations on Valentine’s Day and had no problem getting our seat. The place was packed but the noise was manageable. The food was great like normal. Healthy ingredients and the menu is always changing, which is great. We’ll definitely be back.

   The staff was magnificent, except the greeters upfront by the door very rude and didn’t want to help or greet us so sad with a wonderful staff

   Love the food ……service was great …..only problem was it’s the second we ate during happy hour and they forget to give us the discount which is on the menu. They said the price on the menu was wrong

   The food was fantastic but the service left us wanting more. By the end of the meal which took much longer than expected our server was nowhere to be found and once we flagged down someone they seemed to not be able to find her either. I hope she’s okay…

   Was there with my daughter for brunch. It was her first time. Not happy. They served us cold coffee so we had to wait to catch waitress to take away our coffee and wait on hot coffee. Asked if they had any sausage or meat to go with the blueberry pancakes. They said no and said they were in the process of changing the menu. So I ordered something else. When the food arrived, we had to ask for salt and pepper shakers, which never came. My daughter was disappointed in the place and I doubt she or I will ever be back.

   Our server was very kind! You could tell it had been a busy Friday night. Food was alright for the price, but came out a little slow. Drinks were great.

    One of us is vegetarian and one of us is dairy free - we had sooo many options! We were delighted with our food and the many choices! Especially since we are normally so limited. Carter was an excellent server and took such good care of us! The best bestie birthday dinner spot. Will be back! 12/10.
