   I love TrueFood for brunch...but there is always something slightly off. This is the second time visiting this winter and the restaurant is freezing! I am almost certain the central heating in this building is not working. We had to cut our post-brunch chat short because we were so cold. I was also disappointed to order the blueberry muffin and be told they had not baked any and it would take an hour. I ordered the muffin at 11:30am...something not exactly right with that process. If you want good food, healthy and tasty...this is your place. The service is always fantastic.

   They sat us next to the take our door with high winds and the feels like temp in the 30°’s. I had to keep asking them to please shot the door as it was freezing. Service was great and food was great. Don’t put tables next to an exit of your employees don’t know how to close a door after they exit.

   I had a reservation for Valentine's Day and they sat me about 10mins after I arrived. It was very crowded so I was happy with that. The food was delicious and the service was pretty good. I got the grass fed beef tenderloin and my wife got the ancient grains bowl. Everything was prepared really well and tasted very good. The ambiance was busy but not out of control. I like it a little loud anyway so you can't hear everyone's conversation. It was a nice night.

   Highly recommended! Excellent food choices and very well prepared. One note, the kitchen vents could be improved. It got rather smokey from the kitchen.

   True Food Kitchen is a fantastic spot for healthy and flavorful dining. Their grain bowls are delicious and packed with fresh ingredients, while the plant based veggie burger is truly amazing—one of the best around!
