True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. At our table, delicious dining and conscious nutrition go hand in hand, without sacrificing flavor, creativity or indulgence.

Our expertly trained chefs craft flavor-forward dishes, handcrafted cocktails and freshly pressed refreshers so you can enjoy epic food experiences that aren’t just good for you, but good to you. Eat and drink fearlessly with a 100% seed oil free menu!

Join us in Plano for lunch, dinner, or weekend brunch. Located in Plano at Legacy West, off of Windrose Avenue, across from the water fountains. Great window shopping for Lululemon, Sephora, and the upcoming Rolex store from our large patio.

Wonderful service, terrific food. John was our server and had a great sense of humor. It was a first date dinner that went quite well. The only small complaint that I would have is it did get a bit noisy so we were having to speak very loudly to hear each other but this was a Saturday evening at 7.

Loved the whole menu as it was difficult to ick. We started with the Brussel sprouts and they were so full of delicious flavor. My friend said she could just come here for that! Then I have the Quinoa bowl with air fried chicken and she have a past dish. They were so amazing - so surprise asI love this place> It was my friend's first time as she really enjoyed it too!
