Excellent first time at True Food Kitchen! Our waitress Nana was attentive and provided top notch service. Bowls, salads, entrees and desserts were light, healthy and flavorful. Will definitely be returning soon!

They were out of stock on so many things. The dessert they gave us was burnt. Just not the best experience.

Great service, ambience and overall selections for food. I had the Korean Bowl w/roasted salmon. Salmon was cooked to perfection. The Korean noodles were bland.

Very slow table service and 30 minute cook time; food quality wasn’t consistent with Arlington VA and other locations . In fairness this location just opened in the last few weeks.

Awesome food…. the weight staff was very pleasant. The food was great clean loved it.

Overall, we enjoyed our first dinner at True Foods - our meal was very good, as was the service. I really enjoyed the salmon entree, and my husband said the lasagna was excellent at a reasonable price. However, they were out of tenderloin steaks on a Saturday night, which is pretty silly. Hopefully growing pains that they work through because I think it has the makings of a spot we go to a lot.

Very disappointed with the food and drinks. Only thing decent was the service. Our group got the bison sausage pizza, spaghetti squash casserole, lasagna and entree salad. Ordered a margarita and it was the worst ever. Definitely not on our list to return.

Excellent food and drink. The burger was really flavorful and my wife had the Salmon salad. Drinks were great too. The quality of the ingredients makes me want to come back again for sure.
