Food was delicious as always. Service was terrible. Seated at 12:30 and an hour before our food trickled out sporadically. Waitress didnt refill any drinks or ask if we wanted dessert or anything else. She wasnt rude or anything just barely paid attention to us.

My wife asked for a medium rare burger. It came very medium and we couldn't catch the eye of the server to fix it. Towards the end of the meal he returned by only offered an apology for the overdone medium which he saw.

One dish came out cold but they quick resolved the issue. Food was very tasty and we gat seated when we arrive at the reservation time. We will return again.

Still one of our favorite places but shrinkflation has had an effect on portion size

True Foods is one of my favorite restaurants. They are able to cater to my gluten and dairy allergies with healthy food options that are delicious. Their burgers are excellent, as is everything else I’ve tried. Our server today was attentive, very helpful and efficient. Highly recommend.

Food was pretty good but portions are on the smaller side. My teenage boys could have eaten double. Service was excellent.

This is or of my favorite places to eat. I was pleased my 17 year old granddaughter, who is very health conscious , loved it too

I’ve been to Truefood for 15 years now, including the fashion valley location and the UTC one. The UTC venue has great decor; many guests. The foods my husband and I ordered were great. If my kid’s food was cooked a little softer, it’d suit kids better. The venue was a bit under-staffed for the day when we were there. After we expressed our feelings of being neglected, the manager and hostess both came to apologize and tried to make up for it. The foods at the fashion valley venue probably are more kid-friendly in comparison. Overall, we appreciated the staff’s willingness to make things right for customers.
