    We had a reservation but they ran out of food before we arrived. We were turned away, and had to go elsewhere. We were not offered anything in the way of compensation.

    We had reservations for 6pm. We enjoyed drinks, but then were told that they were basically out of everything so we couldn’t order. I know it was Christmas Eve, but surprised they would even take reservations if they didn’t plan to have enough food. We were very disappointed.

    Once again, the food delivered an exceptional experience! The charred cauliflower had a delightful smoky flavor, and the chai caramel cake was irresistible. Both dishes are absolute must-tries that you won't want to miss!

    Chicken Parmesan breast was from the smallest chicken ever. The edamame dumplings were very good. Service was just okay.

    Food was good. Service was bad. Our server forgot a couple of items. Midway the server changed. One of our drinks came when we were almost done

    Extremely over priced. Had Chinese chicken salad with pretty much all lettuce and 6oz of chicken and over $24. Much better alternatives for the money elsewhere

    Disappointing visit. Have been to True Food more times than I can remember. Usually food is good and it’s very kid friendly. This visit today was far below standards. Food came out in a timely fashion and was cooked through, but was either lukewarm or cold. We ended up eating it anyway - hungry little kids don’t give you much flexibility to send stuff back, and server didn’t check up on us until meal was over anyway. I mentioned to her that food had come out cold and she apologized and said she’d send the manager over. But that never happened. Realistically, we’ll be back at some point to try again but probably not anytime soon.
