Every single time I go there the item that I actually wanna order is not there and they run out. The service is notoriously slow. I have no idea why I go back there anymore.

They really need to get it together at this True Food. The service was so slow. The drinks came after we finished our appetizers and then they messed up our entrées. When they did come out , everything was cold, we waited forever for one person to get their entrée while everyone else was eating theirs. The ambience was quite depressing. It was freezing cold inside the restaurant we never took off our jackets. I don’t think I’ll return until they figure it out.

Sometimes they were out of items, because I’d the “True Food” experience.

We were a party of 6 and no one loved their food. Everything was mediocre. Ten minutes after ordering we were told they were out of one of our entrees. Their second choice was delivered 15 min after everyone elses. And the place was EMPTY!

As always, the servers were personable and professional and we received our orders promptly. The only thing that took a while was trying to decide what we wanted to eat. My husband loved the lasagna, my daughter devoured her salad, my Panang curry bowl was yum, and we all enjoyed the excellent guacamole and the butternut squash soup. We usually sit outside but it was a chilly day and they found us a "socially distanced" table. Wil be back!

I am a regular customer at true foods. I eat at all the locations and only have problems at century city with the inconsistency of the food. My friend and I went for Christmas Eve dinner and we had to send back our meals twice. Staff was nice and very apologetic but the food was terrible.

The food is good, but it was too cold and drafty in the restaurant and they insisted on keeping several doors open.
