Truffle & Sorrel Est. 2024 is a Seafood and Chophouse focusing on Southern style cuisine from the Carolinas down to Louisiana. We are located in the Historic 1888 Sedalia Trust Building in the Historic Downtown District right on the square. 2021 Missouri Life Magazine Best Chef runner up, 6-time Missouri Magazine award winner for Best Chef. Chef & Owner Chris Paszkiewicz is known for many signature dishes including Shrimp & Grits, Smoked Blackened Salmon, Oyster Rockefeller, Smoked Prime Rib & delicious Chops. Truffle & Sorrel has a full bar with an extensive Whiskey & Craft cocktail list. Indoor seating & cozy outdoor Courtyard seating with fire pit & string lights. Don't forget the adjoining Ice Cream Parlor. Our Ice Cream Parlor serves Local Kansas City based One More Scoop Ice Cream, vintage candies & glass bottle sodas. We were looking for a little “extra” for date night and found it here. There were several great menu options to choose from for starters, entrees and drinks. Apparently, there’s a bank vault that can be reserved for a more private dinner for couples too. A great option for downtown Sedalia

Food and service were awesome. Lighting was too bright, and chairs are not comfortable or in alignment with more upscale dining prices, both detracting from overall experience.

First time visit. Old Fashion, Prime Rib and Lobster Mac&Cheese were all excellent. Can’t wait to try more of the menu.
