I was unfairly singled out and harassed by the valet attendant, who assumed I was going to Moxies across the street despite having a reservation. This was confusing, especially since I don’t live in Dallas and wasn’t aware of this being a common issue. To make matters worse, I was parked in a handicap spot, which should have made it clear I was a guest. The situation caused a delay in my dinner and reminded me of the unfortunate experiences I often face in this country. When I brought it up, the manager came out, listened to me, but ultimately defended the valet employee, which I understand. However, no effort was made to make things right. I’ve never had an issue at other locations, which is the only reason I gave this a 3-star rating.

We went to celebrate two birthdays and they seated us in a quiet area with happy birthday decorations on the table. Nice touch. Our server, Micah, was amazing and made great recommendations and provided excellent service. Truluck’s never disappoints.

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our experience special, and the food was absolutely outstanding. Their genuine care really made a difference.
