Truluck’s Fort Lauderdale did an amazing job at servicing my husband and I on his birthday. Carlos was our server and he was excellent with entree recommendations and serving our needs to perfection.

This was our first time at Trulucks. The ambiance inside the restaurant was really nice. The service was great. There was even a waiter coming around and asking what fruit you want in your water. I thought this was a nice touch. We ordered the bread which was a big portion as well as delicious. I had a caeser salad to start. It was really good. For my entree, I had the shrimp and scallop dish. It was cooked perfectly and I really enjoyed it! I also had a side of the sautéed broccoli. It was bursting with flavor. We will definitely go back and I would highly recommend Trulucks to anyone who wants high quality and delicious food with great service and ambiance.

Another wonderful dinner at Trulucks! Great Ceasar, best calamari in town, fabulous atmosphere, setting and view and our server Maria could not have been better. The rib eye was delicious, the stone crabs and sauce are as good as they get, we cannot say enough about dining at Trulucks. Easily one of the top three restaurants in Fort Lauderdale.

Exceptional service and performance by the waitstaff. Manager on duty also stopped by the table to say “hello” also.

From the time you enter you are greeted from the staff. You know your in a classy restaurant. The food was delicious. Beautiful decorated. It was my birthday so they had a card and confetti. I also was given a completry baked Alaskan. I will definitely be back.

Visiting from out-of-state and had our first night's dinner date here. Our server Drew was terrific: friendly, attentive and helpful. Seated on the terrace, we enjoyed excellent cocktails and people watching while considering the menu. Started with stone crab claws (two of the smallest ones were plenty for me). Husband liked his cesar salad; I loved the Sonoma greens salad. He had the king crab, and I ordered the evening's special (lobster pieces with linguini in a cream sauce). It was delicious. Issue with my main dish was corrected promptly and cordially. Manager stopped by to make sure all was well and sent us home with carrot cake (unnecessary, but a nice touch). There were lots of dishes on the menu that looked likely to be terrific, and we'd gladly return for another meal here.

This is the 2nd time my wife and I had dinner at Truluck's in the past year. We have chosen the Greater Ft. Lauderdale area as our little "get away from it all" place and Truluck's is one of the reasons why. Michael Levine and his staff are 1st Class all the way. The atmosphere, the service, the food, and the entire way they make you feel as though you are the only customer in the restaurant is everything we could've ever wanted from a dining experience. For this particular trip, we were celebrating my wife's birthday. The staff presented my wife with a sweet birthday card to honor her. Nice touch, and we certainly plan to keep it as a memento. In addition, all the staff that approached us wished her a happy birthday, and we received an amazing birthday dessert after our meal. Speaking of the meal, it was outstanding! We had calamari and stone crab claws as appetizers, and king crab for me plus filet and lobster for her as our entree. Was it expensive? Sure, a little bit. But at the end of the day, you get what you pay for, and I would pay (and will pay) for it all again next year on our trip. But I will close by saying this: I have been to many fine restaurants in my travels, but the entire vibe, staff, food, and drinks at Truluck's was well worth every penny, and it ranks as one of my all-time favorite dining experiences ever. Thank you, Michael and staff. See you again soon...
