Service issues with Kitchen food service delays, and out of sequence. Heidi, our waitress was excellent and she went out of her way to ensure we and other customers not only understood the kitchen issues, but to ensure we were kept informed and fulfilled. Dined here before to know this was an anomaly and will definitely return. Overall, they did the right thing for all customers affected by the kitchens missteps.

Every time we visit Naples, we make a point of having dinner at Trulucks Naples. The atmosphere is so nice. The service is impeccable and the food of course is delicious. We had the caviar and the oysters for dessert. We had the crème brûlée which was so good. We plan to go back to Trulucks Naples in three weeks.
