   Absolutely the best meal we have had in a very long time. The service, however, was the best EVER! From the moment we arrived, everyone treated us like royalty! 👑 ✨️ Our waiter was welcoming, friendly, attentive, and showed genuine desire to make sure we felt appreciated. By the time we were done with our meal, he felt like a best friend and not just restaurant staff. We have been to all the BIG NAME restaurants in the DFW area... none impressed us like this one did. This is our new go-to for special occasions and that desire fine a dining meal. This was not just a great meal. It was a true culinary experience. We ordered: Cesar salad with the shrimp & scallops entree. Also, the Large Crab Claws with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The Baked Alaska desert was awesome as well. Don't miss a chance to eat here, it's truly something special.

   We celebrated our 29th anniversary here. While we live in TUCSON, we have family in Dallas and every time we come we go to Trulucks. However, this is our first time in the Plano location. The service was impeccable. They greeted us with an anniversary card and surprised us with a special baked Alaska at the end of the meal. The stone crab claws were so fresh and the mustard sauce was perfect. The environment is absolutely beautiful. It was moderately busy for a Sunday night. It was a five star experience and we’re so grateful for them making our anniversary such a special night. highly recommend this restaurant experience. We’ll be back!

   I took 2 friends for their birthdays. The one who had crab legs said it was the best meal ever! we all had great food: shrimp & scallops and steak. Service was excellent. They made us feel welcome and celebratory! Highly recommend to Foodies or for special occasions.

   the food was great and service was ok considering it was a Monday night and not very busy. The prices seem to go up and the portion seem smaller on the appetizers and salad. If I order the wedge salad a least give me the wedge portion to eat. Dining experience great maybe add lights to the trees.

   I reserved Trulucks in Plano for my birthday celebration due to the beautiful ambience of the restaurant. Upon arrival it was everything that it appeared to be online….I was excited to dine. I attended with my family (party of 5) and when looking around couldn’t wait to be seated to enjoy the atmosphere. Our party was called and I just knew we would be seated in one of the beautiful available booths on the main dining room floor but as we kept walking I realized that wouldn’t be the case. We continued to walk around a corner to the very back of the restaurant at a table near the kitchen. Before seating I expressed I would prefer a booth and was told we couldn’t be accommodated because of the party size. I then stated I still wanted a booth but was again informed we couldn’t get one due to the party size. I was highly disappointed. As I knew we could all fit in the booth and we were ok if it was going to be a little snug. After settling for the table we were served by James the waiter and he was phenomenal. Very accommodating and knowledgeable of the menu. I ultimately enjoyed my experience but would have enjoyed it more had my seating preference been honored. I ended up taking a picture in one of the booths just because it was my birthday and I wanted to capture the beauty of the restaurant.

    Having been to several different locations, Plano is definitely my favorite. It's very easy to park and access the restaurant. The dining room is beautiful. Main dining is on the first floor, so you don't have to go upstairs like Dallas. The service was excellent. Our waiter gave us great suggestions, and everything moved along. The food was delicious. I find that I'm not infrequently disappointed in high-end restaurants in DFW. I was completely satisfied, and I look forward to going back.
