   This my third visit, and my wife's first visit to Truva and we visited on Valentine's Day. We were seated immediately and the server was very kind. He did bring the wrong kind of wine (my wife ordered Pinto Grigio clearly and he brough a red wine), so that was a small miss. The appetizer for two was delicious, but then we had to wait for an extraordinary time for our entrees. We waiting beyond the time that others that came after us received theirs. Finally, our entrees arrived, my wife's cabbage rolls were done to perfection, but my swordfish kabob - the swordfish was rare-medium rare. That is not how swordfish is ever served. I sent it back, and the sort of quickly threw it on the grill, the small pieces were fine, but i waited to bring the big pieces home, to cook them some more for leftovers. Overall, this restaurant is a great add to the area, and I do recommend it. We will be back, but maybe on not such a busy night or for lunch. I think they were just overwhelmed and started to sacrifice quality a little bit as they got behind. My other two experiences at business lunches were good so again - I DO recommend you try this restaurant!

   This was excellent. The food is authentic and delicious, the chef came around and asked how our meal was, and the waitstaff was attentive. Kudos!

   My wife and I love Truva! This was our second time here and this time we brought another couple who hadn’t been. They loved it as much as we did. From the appetizers all the way through the desserts, everything was excellent.
