Well- I must say this was the 1st time we have been disappointed with Tulsi. We were celebrating my son's birthday, and this was the restaurant he choose because we have always had such a good experience here in the past. We were sat down and ordered drinks and apps relatively quickly but then, once the appetizers came, it was forever before anyone came back to our table to check on us and take our main entree order. We ordered several dishes to share with the bread basket. The bread basket arrived in a reasonable time but without our entrees and the entrees took too long. Once they finally arrived, we had only cold naan and paratha to eat with the entrees- just not the same service we expect from Tullsi- certainly hoping this is not a new normal

Absolutely amazing service. I came here with my friend during Ramadan and the server provided dates and lots of water. He even spoke a little bit of Arabic which just made the whole experience so good. Not to mention, the food was phenomenal.

We had an amazing time eating here with my wife for her birthday. The food is so delicious and hostess are amazing. Definitely come and check them out.

From start to finish, our experience at Tulsi was nothing short of amazing. The food was perfectly cooked and timed, with every dish bursting with incredible flavor. The curry, in particular, was the perfect balance of spice and taste—bold, rich, and absolutely satisfying. The cocktails were just as impressive, with creative, delicious flavors that complemented the meal beautifully. Beyond the food, what truly made the evening special was the exceptional service. The host and staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for, adding a personal touch that elevated the entire experience.

Always an outstanding experience at Tulsi! Delicious food and excellent service. Tulsi is the first option I consider whenever I want to eat out in Richmond.

Great food, and prices. Friendly staff, but it was a crowded night so service was slow. But a good experience overall and we will be back
