1) Are kids allowed? Yes, before 9PM. Must be 21+ after 9PM. Please note: we do not have highchairs or kids menus.
2) What parking options are available? There is complimentary parking at the Dekalb Tire parking garage courtesy of Executive Parking Monday through Thursday 5PM to 9PM and Saturday and Sunday from 12PM to 6PM.
3) What’s the largest table size available? Parties of 7 OR more are considered a large party and require "large party form".
4) Are walk-ins ok? Yes, but we do prioritize reservations first. Bar and patio seating is first come first served and all walk-ins will be put on a waitlist for standard seating.
5) Do you have hookah? NO.
6)When do the fire dancers perform? Friday through Sunday from 8PM to 11PM.

The couples retreat at Tulum is an unmatched experience. The place is full of beautiful decor and a wonderful island resort ambience. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves immensely and we sure did. The food was a bit delayed but purely do to busyness. Our server although busy was very attentive and made sure to check on us when appropriate. When the food arrived it was hot and cooked to perfection. Everything had balanced flavor and was of substantial portions. I highly recommend the fried snapper appetizer and the salmon dinner. This deal is $100 for 2 Apps, 2 entrees, a dessert and a bottle of bubbly, which makes it one of the best values in 2025. Safe to say we left full (with a take-home box) and satisfied.

I had an amazing birthday celebration with family and friends at Tulum on 2/22/25 !!!!! The service, food, & entertainment were top tier . Shouts out to our very attentive waiter “V” she was awesome !!!! If you’re considering Tulum please don’t hesitate it’s a Whole vibe and you won’t be disappointed.

Food was good. Tulum Pasta was everything. Loved the snapper bites as well. At that strawberry chipotle glaze on the salmon was everything. Service was smooth and accommodating

This is my first time being at the restaurant. The food probably was a six out of 10. The tables are very close to each other. The waitress never came back and asked me if I needed a refill on my drink will I ever go there again probably not would I recommend it probably not …. The food was very expensive. The quality of it did not match the price this place is recommended, but I would not. That’s just my experience. The food took entirely too long to come out. Parking was $20 was not worth any of. That was a waste of money.It

TERRIBLE FOOD! TOO LOUD! BAD SERVICE! When I arrived for my midnight reservation, the hostess claimed I made the reservation at the last minute (I made it two days prior). The music was too loud, and my girlfriend and I couldn't hear each other. I did like the playlist, though! Great song selections. I know the restaurant was busy because of Valentine's, but the food took way too long to leave the kitchen. We had shrimp and crab beignets, which were delicious. The rest of the meal was heavy and missed the mark. Then, at the night's end, the hostess called me over as I was leaving to say that I came on the wrong day, even though Opentable sent me many reminders and accessed my calendar to ensure that I was on time and there. I can only assume, based on the conversation we had, that it was because the gentleman did not understand what 12 am Feb 15th meant.
