   Horrible experience! We sat at our table for 15 minutes before being waited on, then had to wait another 15 minutes for drinks, when we finally ordered, they brought my wife’s plate (20 minutes after being ordered) and never brought me mine; after another 15 minutes we asked the waitress to close our bill and just cancel bringing my order. Took the waitress another 10 minutes to come back to us to fulfill that request. Safe to say I will never go back there and will tell as many people as I know to avoid that restaurant. To make it worst, it was Valentine’s Day and they had a dj playing music so loud that my Apple Watch kept telling me the environment was too loud, couldn’t have a conversation.

   Awful place. Ownership does not care, no managers present on Valentine’s dinner, and no care for people. We sat down at 7:48pm and got drinks at 8:35pm, appetizers at 8:47pm, and ultimately turned them down and left. Multiple tables followed suite. This was embarrassing and unprofessional. We also ordered Mexican street corn and they proceeded to show up 1 hour later with a bowl of corn out of a damn can. No cheese, no mayo, no cilantro, nothing specified on the menu came with the corn. That’s when we ultimately turned away all appetizers. Never coming back here. While you’re here though - go next door to the Italian spot. Amazing pizza and they saved our valentines dinner.

   My friends and I had a wonderful dinner. We decided to sit at the bar and all the drinks were delish and the guacamole & chips were yummy! Our dinners were all huge portions and delicious!!

   We had an amazing time at Tulum last night! The atmosphere was lively, and the music added the perfect touch to the dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious and everything was fresh and flavorful. The service was friendly and attentive, making celebrating my sister’s birthday even better. If you’re looking for great food, good vibes, and live music, this place is definitely worth a visit! We had a blasssssssttttttttt!!! Not to mention the DJ he surly reads the Room 😊

   They had one poor girl working all the tables. It wasn't her fault she had a bunch of tables and she did the best she can. Got our drinks like 25-30 minutes AFTER we got our food. Had to get up and go to the bar twice just to get a glass of water. The place looks like it could be a vibe but the ownership/management just didnt seem up to par. I'd be surprised if this place is open a year from now. Food was cold

   First time trying Tulum and would go back again. Atmosphere was nice but the music was a little too loud. Service was excellent. Food was a mix of good and delicious. Recommend both the cauliflower and the shrimp tacos.

   We went here for a girls brunch. The service was impeccable and we really enjoyed the attention from everyone that works here. Definitely recommend 😊

   We are so excited to try this cute restaurant that is right in the neighborhood. We’ve heard such great things about it so we decided to try it for ourselves with another couple. We couldn’t even get past the front door because the DJ, which was such a ridiculous thing to have a Friday night at 7 o’clock. You will never get families or older people to go into a place like that. The food looked amazing, but it was so loud that the building was shaking. Bad choice. So we never even sat down to try the food. It would be great if you could do that only at like 9 o’clock on a Saturday night or something or warn people because we had people coming from all over the city to come and try the restaurant with us and I don’t think we’ll ever come back. It’s too bad cause it looked amazing.

    Service was incredibly slow but the wait staff seemed pleasant. Drinks took forever to make it to our table from the bar on both rounds of beverages that we ordered. I happened to arrive on ladies night and was told drinks were two for one until 8pm but after receiving the bill I was charged full price for both drinks. The restaurant is really nicely decorated and seemed to have a good vibe but due to the poor service, and mind you they were not busy when we arrived at 6:30 pm, I doubt I will return to this establishment.
