   Really cute place, with nice patio with lights that will be fun in warmer weather. In good area near Sheraton and train station. Food very tasty and Jason was really nice, very attentive to table and gave good recommendations he likes when asked for suggestions. First time there, we will be back.

   We waited over an hour for our food after we ordered the restaurant wasn’t busy and I was not happy. The manager came over to speak with my party while I went to the restroom. He apologized but didn’t offer any type of compensation for the long wait which was very disappointing. The food was mediocre at best. I won’t be returning to this establishment.

   We went for our Valentines dinner. We sat at the bar. Danny was amazing. Probably one of our better experiences in a really long time dining out. We ordered a lot of different things and absolutely loved all of them. We will come back very soon.

   The service was slow. I really wanted to like the place. The Brussel sprouts were awesome. The meatloaf was average. Mac and cheese was good. I gave it one star because my mahi mahi came out raw. When I sent it back they were very kind and took it off the check. However, they brought it back after my whole family had finished their meal. It was burnt.

I am happy to see that you did enjoy some things while visiting our restaurant, however we strive to make everything enjoyable. I want to apologize about your Mahi dish coming out raw, which in return prevented you from enjoying your meal with your family. We actually have a new menu dropping this Thursday, and we revitalized the Mahi dish with a new way of cooking the fish, its absolutely incredible. We would love for you to give us a second chance and try the new Entree and some of the new appetizers on me.

   Service was fast, friendly and attentive. Fried green tomatoes, salmon and surf n turf were all fantastic. Manager stopped by and chatted with us, hostess was friendly and the server brought his A game. Only “faults” is that it was very loud at times due to the tightness of the tables.

   We have always enjoyed TH. The food was good, as always, but the service was lacking. There was plenty of open tables, but our server would disappear for long periods of time. Twice we had to bother another server to fetch ours. Disappointing.

    My girlfriend and I dined at Tupelo Honey in Pittsburgh, PA on10/25 24 with a 1:00 PM reservation with high expectations. Excited about the menu and what we believe was going to be a great meal. There was only three other tables in the restaurant for a total of five people when we sat down. Service was excellent. Very professional. As for the food with 25 plus years of culinary experience in the field. I was very let down. I can understand if you were slammed in the kitchen yet that was not the case! We ordered the pimento cheese dip as an appetizer. That was one of the highlights of the whole meal. The other highlight of the meal was the sweet tea. I ordered the sweet tea glazed chicken sandwich with greens. While my girlfriend ordered the Asheville Hot half chicken with green. My sweet tea chicken glazed chicken sandwich was burnt and very little sweet tea glaze. Barely even enough to taste the sweet tea. My girlfriend's Asheville hot chicken sandwich was a full sandwich even though ordered a half. Yet it had no spice at all. The greens were over salty and neither of us could finish them. It was just such a letdown with such high expectations! The menu truly excited us. That is why we chose to dine at Tupelo Honey! Overall the service was great. Yet we were truly so disappointed with the quality of food that we received. We both discussed it and we would have a hard time giving it a second chance due to how poor the food quality was.
