Turkuaz takes its name from the turquoise colored sea in Turkey and Mediterranean and brings both a culinary experience and an ethnic one to NYC. We started twenty years ago, in the Upper West Side and moved to Midtown West in 2019. Our food is healthy and flavorful, with a lot of Turkish and Eastern Mediterranean delicacies, our service is friendly and professional and our atmosphere is romantic and transporting. Our location is ideal for theater crowd and tourists. Whether you are on your own and are looking for a quick bite, or you want to spend time with your sweetheart or friends, you will have a great time at Turkuaz. If you are one of our previous patrons, please come and check us out at our new locations. If we have never met, try us out, we have been in this business long and strong and have built a good brand. It was the first time I ever had kunefe & it was delicious! We enjoyed out appetizer & entrees as well.

Excellent food at reasonable prices, including the wine list Service was impeccable in a great atmosphere. Highly rated and my wife and I would definitely go back again.

Delicious food and great service. My only regret is that we had eaten so much earlier in the day that we only ordered two dishes. Would love to go back and try more of the menu.
