Lovely way to spend an afternoon - like a small step back in time when there was time for proper afternoon tea and restaurants weren’t time limiting you or rushing you along to clear the table for the next party.

The Turner Pavillion Teahouse's ambiance is just what you'd expect—quaint and cozy. The front of the teahouse overlooks the beautiful RBG gardens, and the back faces a forest. There are different tea entries and we enjoyed the "Turtle" tea. Our host, I believe his name was Issac, was very friendly and professional. I've taken friends to this location twice this month and I won't hesitate to come again!

Lovely venue. We were sat next to the door which was not the best table, due to the draughts- the washroom is outside the tearoom, in the next building , so the door was constantly ajar. Food was delicious. We think we had a new waiter, because we shared the tea and should have had one teapot each. The venue is beautiful and we enjoyed our lunch overall.

The ambiance of the tea room was perfect for my sister's birthday; however, it was somewhat understaffed. The two servers working there were very hospitable, but the wait times for your table, the tea serving, and the food were noticeable. If staffing could be increased, even by one person, it would make it a 10 out of 10 experience.

A lovely birthday gift for my mom. Our waitress was excellent, food was very tasty, couldn't believe the roses were still blooming. Thank you!

I haven’t been since last winter- but I sure don’t remember the scones being this tiny. They were also dry and flavourless. Service was very slow. Why only one server when the restaurant is full? I was finished my pot of tea by the time I got my scone 🤨 It’s such a pretty place, went here at least 5 times last winter and sure didn’t have this lousy an experience. Don’t plan to go back.

The washrooms were outside and not good for handicap people. I had a lady in a wheelchair and it took away a good experience with the challenges she had getting into the washroom. Noise level was extremely high.
