   Our first time there. It was very nice. Sat in the bar area would have like the dining room but was nice just the same.

   Our new favorite for special occasions and just treating ourselves to an exceptional experience. It was my birthday, and the celebration began with a birthday card signed by the Tuscan Kitchen family. The staff made every effort to make me feel special and attended to. The food is superb. If you loved the menu at the original location in Salem, be prepared for an upgrade. Every dish is exquisitely presented and prepared. The salads are incredibly fresh. - you must order a salad, even if you don't usually. And the desserts...oh my. Our server was kind, friendly, and very attentive. We asked for the music volume to be lowered as one of our guests was hearing impaired. They responded immediately and we were very comfortable. A very happy birthday celebration.    So easy to reserve a table via OpenTable. Table was ready once we arrived and waitstaff was attentive and helpful with menu tips. Cocktails were great. The Tuna Tartare was sliced a little too thick, but the fish was fresh and tasty with the pesto-mint. We shared the Misto salad which was delightful. My wife loved her short rib ravioli, with a rich, beefy, umami flavor. My scallops with the saffron risotto were well-prepared and quite tasty as well. We skipped on dessert but had the cappuccinos which came with a small biscotti - a perfect ending.

   We loved all the food and the mocktail but the decor and speed are what really made it nice for us. Starting with Calamari helped set expectations high without disappointment. This was an excellent choice of venue for Valentine’s Day

   The first hour and half everything went very smoothly. Apps came out in time and then by the time we ordered our entrees that is when we waited an hour until we got them. Then we mentioned something to the waiter and he said it will be moment and then another 20 minutes went by and we mentioned to someone else and then the food came out. Then the food was cold once we got it. Then our dessert was the macadamia nut cookie and it was weirdly burnt. The first half went well but then the next half did not go as planned. The waiter was nice but unfortunately the night was not. Also, there was no manager walking around asking us how we were doing which was weird at a higher end restaurant like this.

    Below average service. Over 30 minutes wait time for drinks and when asked about when drinks would arrive we were told “it’s Valentine’s Day. It’s busy”. Regretted coming here. Would not come back again and would not recommend.
