    Nice ambiance, good food and service. We wanted to try oysters and they didnt disappoint. Good vegetarian choices too.

    A fun prix fixe menu for Valentine's Day. Delicious asparagus salad, tasty short ribs, decent salmon, lovely chocolatey dessert. Attentive service. Also, the soft benches need re-upholstering, looks shabby. We've been before and we'll go again, the food is good...and request a booth, quieter.

    The experience was amazing, my girlfriend and I went for their valentines 4 course special and each course was great ! Some of the best food I’ve had in a long time !

    I ate at this restaurant partly because I was staying at the Walper Hotel. The other reason is that my dad told me that he and my mum had a very nice dinner there one night years ago so that was good enough for me. I ordered the Club Sandwich without cheese and while it was really good (especially the garlicky sauce), I was surprised to see that it didn't come toasted. It still tasted good but I do like a good toasted sandwich. I was going to have the soup of the day but the waiter told me it was a little bit spicy so I ordered a side garden salad instead. It was good but there was a little too much dressing. Even though I was full, I was intrigued by the Apple Cheddar Crumble on the dessert menu. I love crumbles but I was worried about the Cheddar. I've never had a dessert with cheddar cheese in it but the waiter assured me that it tasted really good so I decided to try it. It was really good and if the menu hadn't said there was cheddar cheese in it, I would never have known. Overall, I would eat here again.

    We had not been to TWH previously and we were VERY impressed with it! The service was fantastic, food amazing and the atmosphere was wonderful! We do not live in town however anytime we are back in Kitchener we will go and will certainly recommend it to anyone!!

    I can’t comment on the food because it didn’t arrive before I left. I had to take it to go. The service was incredibly slow. We were there for over 90 minutes and left with our dinners in doggy bags because we had an engagement. The server was aware that we had tickets to a show nearby. It didn’t make any difference. We were actually told by a supervisor that they “had to” give our food to another customer!!! We were initially offered a coupon for a 10% discount on our next visit. After some discussion the supervisor took our email address and said he’d send us a voucher for a free meal.
