Food was poor, value for food was poor! Food very over priced! Chips were dry! Supposed to be Cajun chicken burger but was just plain chicken, staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing,

Everything except food (to a point) in this place can be improved. The reviews on the site are deceiving. We were very concerned the moment we sat down and spoke to staff, but the food was a very pleasant surprise, however basic it was, it was great...

Lovely food, great service and friendly staff. Landlady recommended her minted Lamb Sizzler, which didn't disapoint. She even brought out her own minted mayonnaise, just for us to try! We've not been for a while but will definitely be back soon!

Large portions! Nicely cooked and good choice. Prosecco was warm but they did make an effort to get it cooler.

This is an excellent place to visit. The service is exceptional and the food served is excellent. Staff are welcoming and attentive. The food choice is good and varied. The setting is in a beautiful part of North Wales.

If you would like to be in a friendly,homely eating place with beautiful views and lots of smiles then this is the place for you! In the summer it would be great to eat outside!

Popped in for Sunday lunch were placed in the snug where the sofa chairs are too big for the tables. Soup was watery but had a nice flavour the bread roll was old & crumbled to pieces so inedible. The meat on the roast was dry & half the veg mentioned in the menu wasn’t there. The mash had been microwaved to within an inch of its life & was v dry. The staff worked very hard & were polite - Id say that was the only positive of our visit. We were given menus to choose dessert but after the other two courses we decided to leave it.
