                                                                          Alright. Here we go. First off, the dining room is stunning. Great vibe! Our server was top notch. However, the food was very disappointing. We ordered the hamachi ceviche. I love hamachi. I love ceviche. This was not it! The French onion soup was also not good. On top of the food being bad, it’s way over priced. We eat at all of the finest restaurants in Chicago and do not hesitate to pay top dollar for top quality food. This however was not worth the cost. We were looking forward to this place as I had heard great things, and we had high expectations. To top this off, it was my wife’s birthday, and we made a reservation a week prior, yet still, they did not have a table in the dining room for us and sat us in the high tops at the bar. We were so disappointed with the food that we left without ordering our main course. I do believe this restaurant has a great chef and a great reputation, maybe we just caught them on a bad night. But still, cut up the hamachi in the ceviche! Haha

                                                                          Tzuco brings all the best of the culinary art from mexico and elevated but keeping the authenticity of the mexican food. And all of this on a excellent atmosphere of guerrero. (Hutzuco) and all the beauty of that region. 100% recommend it. ELEVATED REAL MEXICAN FOOD.

                                                                          Our waiter Connor was fabulous, couldn’t recommend him enough. I didn’t really like my chorizo stuffed quail at all but I would say that was possibly just because of my preference. However the cochinita and the burger were fantastic.

                                                                          Tzuco was an outstanding evening! The ambiance, decor, staff, service and food were fabulous. There wasn’t a detail missed…coat racks at the table, coasters, time sensitive staff clearing plates as the dishes were being finished, & filling water glasses before they were empty. A bevy of staff coming and going like a well oiled machine. Everyone pleasant, professional and friendly. The food was outstanding, creative and plentiful. The desserts were exquisite. A real standout in our recent dining experiences. We would highly recommend.
