Award-winning Chef Tyson Cole’s, Uchi, is open in Miami. Chef Cole's signature non-traditional take on Japanese food has delighted guests from around the world since its original location in Austin, Texas since 2003.
Reservations are encouraged and can be booked online up to 1 month in advance. Walk-in bar seating is available and is subject to wait times. Patio seating is weather permitting and may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. We look forward to serving you, Kanpai!

Delicious fresh sushi. Unique flavors with excellent ingredients. Pleasant staff who very accommodating .

Food was good and the Happy Hour specials are great. Do NOT sit outside. The ambiance is awful. However, inside is chilly. The dining room was packed and service was slow. The menu has a combination of sushi, rolls and hot dishes that are solid. Catching happy hour before 6:30 pm is a huge difference maker on price and the special priced menu is diverse. I would definitely go back.

Best sushi restaurant in town. Great service, amazing quality food, the vibes are 10/10, overall worth every penny. The food and service is consistent. I’ve never had a bad meal here. It’s definitely a gem.

Always exceptional. It’s not budget friendly but you still leave happy with the value given the quality of the food. Would prefer the location in the gables, south miami, or even pinecrest.

Uchi is excellent. Great to order a variety of items and share. The new dry-aged fish/sushi is an outstanding addition. Full restaurant happy hour from 5-6:30 is a must.

We had a wonderful experience last night at Uchi Miami. We are regulars at their Houston Tx location as well and the experience is extremely consistent at a high level of quality and taste. Uchi Miami has a few variations and delicious surprises. Our waiter Suzuki provided world class service and was exceptionally informed on the menu. The assistant manager Mercedes stopped by to welcome us and we appreciated the hospitality displayed. Thank you for the complimentary kitchen surprises- the Suzuki sea bream dish was exceptional.
