Excellent service and a unique experience and elevated dining relative to most of the Denver food scene. It comes at a high price that many will raise their eyebrows at. However a great option for a special occasion, date, or group outing. Will go again.

My second time to Ukiyo, and they did not disappoint. Food excellent, service superb. Very knowledgeable bartender, knowing all the sakes, craft cocktails, various Japanese spirits. Already planning a return visit.

Hands down the best dining experience to date in Denver. The dishes were creative and delicious. The seafood was melt in your mouth fresh. Beautifully paired drinks. Knowledgeable staff. Can’t wait to celebrate with them again.

After entering the secret alleyway door, the host warmly welcomed us into Ukiyo with a choice of mocktail or sake manhattan. From the very first palate cleanser to the final dessert, it was evident that genuine thoughtfulness and care was put into every element of the dishes. The ambiance was quiet and comfortable and felt like being seated at a friend’s table. Highly recommend to anyone looking to explore food experiences through the eyes and hands of a master.

Best meal I have ever had in Colorado. Been to all the Michelin star restaurants here and this one is a notch above. Superb service, extremely creative and well, crafted food, beautiful beverage pairings… What's not to like? Jeremiah did a stellar job as sommelier and with one of us doing the sake pairing, and the other doing the wine pairing, we had a wonderful variety of drinks that were up to the high standard of the meal. It was a Michelin two star experience and that is something that has never happened before in Colorado.
