   Everything was absolutely incredible. The bartender twisted on of the cocktails based on my preference to make a wonderful tequila sour. Two of us shared the larger tasting menu and each dish was better and better. The omakase selection was traditional with a wonderful, innovative twist. The sushi makers were lovely and engaging and educational. Fantastic portion sizes and quality of produce. I can’t wait to be back.

   The menu idea is good ie individually prepared mini hand rolls. The food was good if a little too much mayonnaise on the hand rolls for my taste. The waiters on the floor were attentive. The sushi chefs at the bar made good sushi but were constantly chatting and giggling amongst themselves and giving little attention to the guests they were serving. The stools were uncomfortable far too low at the bar and the loud soft rock music was totally incongruous. It was a sweet set up but seemingly more about the gimmick than the food.

   One staff member completely ruined the experience. Her aggression and attitude were unacceptable—she truly needs anger management training. While the chefs and another staff member were lovely, this individual made me feel unwelcome. I was asked to move seats for an incoming guest, despite half the restaurant being empty. When the couple arrived, they were seated right next to us, even though there were plenty of other options available. This was unnecessary and frustrating. As someone with 12 years in hospitality, I can confidently say that this kind of behavior has no place in the industry. It’s a real shame for the business owner to have such a staff member at their new venue. The food good bad, but I won’t be returning

   Very fresh food and nicely presented, lovely atmosphere, service attentive and discreet, more pricey than high street brands but worth it.

    The chef tasting menu is phenomenal! Chef always crafts the perfect dishes. The handrolls are 10/10 and I recommend the tuna tartare appetizers. The food is always extremely fresh, the atmosphere is always warm and lively and the staff are very attentive and inviting. One of the best restaurants in London
