   This was an amazing experience for my partner's birthday We loved all the dishes, enjoyed talking to the employees, and it was a great vibe overall.

   This is the second time I've dined at Umami Omakase. They're expensive, so I don't often have the opportunity, but they are well worth it. Service was exemplary, and they easily accommodated my allergies. Every dish was a single, perfect bite. And yes, despite the tiny portions for each dish, 18 courses was definitely enough food to leave me comfortably full.

   Best omakase in town! Absolutely loved everything, especially showing off the fish as the dishes were served.

   Chef Gary continues to add new items to the menu and they don't disappoint. Great omakase experience and nice sake collection.

   Went with a party of four. This was our first omakase dinner so none of us knew what to expect. The staff was friendly and courteous as were the chefs. The food blew us away, everything was amazing and very high quality.

   not quite traditional edomae omakase but pretty good fish and presentation. also doesn't require booking two weeks in advance, which is helpful for slightly more spontaneous planning. would eat here again for sure

   I love omakase. It is not a value proposition, but a very fun, special night. Umami Omakase was fun but the four of us agreed the food was "just ok". Many of the dishes had high quality fish but the combinations just didn't taste good.
