   Beautiful restaurant but one of my guests at the table had dietary restrictions and the server was not accommodating at all. She did not eat because of it. I just think a new and nice establishment should be more accommodating.

   Steak tasted wrong, all the rest of food and drinks phenomenal. But that’s a pity steak tasted really weird (mold) and no one acknowledged that and made actual fix other than offering more drinks or an alternative course - which was appreciated from the waitress…but I would challenge the manger to take the right decision for a customer next time. It’s difficult to raise such a complaint/concern at dinner in such a nice restaurant, if we did it it was really necessary.

   We went for Dine Out Boston (Restaurant week) and had a good meal! For $46 for a Wedge, Steak, and desert was a good value. The meatballs, and gnocchetti were fine even if the meatballs were a little under cooked. For restaurant week it was a good value, but at full price I would not be back. Overall it was a good restaurant but very expensive. Go if there is a deal and you want a good steak but otherwise it's ok at best. The cocktails were good and the wine selection was great. I'd come back for restaurant week next year just for the steak.

   We had a wonderful night at Umbria. We ordered off the "Dine Boston" menu and the food was delicious and a good value. Nick, our waiter was attentive and helpful and having him at our table was a highlight of the visit. The room is hard which made it a bit noisy but the ambiance is very pleasant. Would return again during future visits to Boston.

   Great food and the staff were so attentive. Isabella was fantastic. It is pricey, but we knew that going in. Highly recommend.

   We had a fabulous time at Umbria! My friends and I came for restaurant week, and had a great meal. We got the gnocchi and steak, and everything was cooked to perfection. The espresso martinis were SO good! What’s more, we had an amazing waiter, Ken! He was so kind, kept an eye on us, and made us laugh throughout the meal. Next time we’re back, we will ask for Ken. I’ll be back to Umbria in the future!

   My only complaint was lobster dumplings. I guess I expected lump meat but it had ground lobster meat mixed with other ingredients in them. It tasted like canned tuna to me. Not very good. I did love the Umbria roll and the bone in sword

    The service was great! But the food was definitely overrated. Even down to the truffle, it wasn't a high-grade at all. The Lobster dumplings were terrible, but the rest of my party enjoyed their food
