Gin & tonics were very poor drinks. Upon investigation it was determined that the tonic dispenser was not working correctly. We were offered additional tonic to add to our drinks (when we were close to being done with them). A rather inappropriate response to the problem? We were given a small plate of mixed nuts (which we were charged for). I felt we should have been at least comped the nuts and perhaps offered correctly made drinks! Pretty expensive for mediocre gin & tonics!

Customer service was great! But when I may the reservation with open table it didn’t tell me I was only able to stay one hour.

The only reason to go is to see the cute Christmas decorations, drinks are below average for quality and well above average for price. The house music playing wasn’t good.

Despite the fact the website advertised a food menu we were told after we arrived they are too busy this time of year to serve food. An easy thing to have added to the website. Runined our evening plans.

We went for the miracle bar, and the drinks were terrible. We tried almost every drink, and none of us (a group of 8) weren’t impressed. There were two that were decent but we left most drinks unfinished which wasn’t ideal when they are $15+. Service was amazing. I did expect the decor to be a little better and it seems as if they did way less this year compared to previous years. It wasn’t worth the hype.

The holiday pop-up bar was great and so festive! Would definitely go back. The glassware the drinks are served in were eclectic and cool! Food was ok, only limited apps. The croquettes were good. Surprised the reservations were so hard to get and sold out as it was not full the whole time we were there. Excellent service!

We went for the Christmas pop-up experience and it was cool I suppose, but it felt touristy and the drinks and food seemed overpriced for what you got.

Second time visiting Undercroft in it's holiday alter ego: Miracle Bar. Last visited in Dec 2019 and were blown away by the decor. This visit proved to be as impressive as our first. Service and energy were both on par for the holiday crowd. Hope to visit again when we're in town.
